Stuck on "starting up"

Hi

My TiVo box is stuck on the starting up menu. Tried turning off and back on again, and unplugged from mains, nothing works.

Rang Virgin earlier today to be told that there's no issue in my area, it's a problem in a surrounding area that's affecting my service. But known errors are shown on my service status when I log into my account.

Any suggestions please?

Just got in from work and miraculously everything is now working! YAY. Cancelling the engineer.

I've checked the account and the cancellation has gone through.
