Stuck on installing software

TiVo did an update and got stuck revolving around and around stage 1 so had to reboot it which fixed the update problem but now it's stuck on installing software? Anyone have any ideas how to get this to install or to get past this so I can actually use the TiVo? Driving me bonkers it's been like this for the past hour!

No not having the problem anymore I ended up searching for answers and things others people had tried and fixed it myself as I got no reply from virgin until now a week later! reply! But that's normal with virgin I've realised as I've been trying for 10 months to get them to cancel a channel from my package and they still haven't and are still charging me for it!
