Streaming video issues

For about the last two weeks I've been having problems with Netflix and Catch up tv. I get a message that my tivo box has been disconnected, but I can watch everything else no problem and nothing looks like it is disconnected.  Netflix works a bit, though starts buffering sporadically in the middle of shows. I have no access at all to catch up, I just get the disconnected message. Is anyone else having the same problems?

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

What is the exact message you get on the screen? Is there an error code included in the message?

Hi Josh, thanks for your reply. I phoned the help centre over the weekend and they are sending me a new Box, so hopefully all will be working again soon.
