I have been trying to return a Tivo box, that was sent in error, since before christmas!!!!
TWO labels are supposed to have been sent out, but neither have arrived. Can arrangements be made for an engineer to call and collect the box please?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the packaging/label required to return the TiVo® box. I can see this has been re-ordered today and should be with you in the next few days.
