I recently had an issue with my Tivo box which couldn't be fixed so a new one was ordered. This was on Thursday 8th October evening. I still have not received the new box. Yodel, who should have delivered on Saturday then Monday then yesterday have not even put it out for delivery today despite my call earlier where they promised to get box delivered today. I need somebody from Virgin to get this sorted because they're obviously not helping me with this.
I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® box hasn't been working and that the new box hasn't arrived.
I'd like to help get this sorted for you. Ideally, it would be best for an engineer to call out and get this fixed. If the fault is not with the box then the fault will remain after the box is swapped.
