Hi I have switched my TiVo box back on and I'm getting a solid blue light and a flashing red light and it says starting up on the screen. It has been like this for an hour now. Can anyone advise me please?
How long was the box off for? Was it switched off at the mains, or just on standby?
If switching off/on at the mains doesn't work, then you'll have to get in touch with the Faults team.
