I was part way through watching a recorded programme and it froze (as it usually does multiple times a programme) but now all it says is Starting up... I've tried switching on and off, pressing buttons and rebooting etc but nothing is working!
That's because in doing all those things your box was trying to tell you it was dying. If you'd phoned it in earlier you may have a replacement by now. It's dead now I'm afraid.
