Sound intermittent cut out

I joined virgin media on 21st Jan 17. Up u till a couple of days ago all was fine but now getting a problem where sounds intermittently drops out for about half a second, then so,es back. It happens roughly around every 5 minutes. I don't have the V6 box I think it's the previous generation TiVo box.

 

i saw a post saying to change sound setting to PCM, I tired this but still getting the issue?

 

any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the sound cutting out when using the TiVo® service. Since posting has there been any updates? 

 

How are you connecting the TiVo® to the TV? 

Are you using any third party equipment such as a sound system or bar?
