Sound drop out and distorted picture

getting random sound drop out usually accompanied with some distortion in the picture, the same kind of thing you might see on a poor free view signal for a few seconds

 

been doing this for a few weeks now

 

any ideas???

Maybe it's poor cable signal....

What did the Faults team say when you talked to them?

You'll find that you get an expedited response if you give them a ring on 150 (from 08:00 until midnight, every day), or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to initiate a live chat (from 09:00 until 17:00, Monday to Saturday)

I have taken a look at your account to see what's going on and can see that your power levels need adjusting. 

 

We will need to book an engineer out to get these adjusted and put right.

I too have been experiencing a loss of sound for the odd work every minute or so.

happened on Netflix and on live TV.

I am connected by HDMI
