The sound is always cutting out on the Tivo box on the HD channels both on watching tv and on the recording.
I have also noticed that the menu functionality is very slow and pages take a long time to load. For example loading My Shows or Guide. Also cannot watch via Iplayer through Tivo as it just buffers. If I watch direct through the smart tv it is OK
This has been going on for months.
I am paying a lot of money a month for a sub standard service
