We are using a Sony Bravo TV, with a Yamaha sound bar connected all plugged into the Virgin Tivo box. But recently the sound (lip sync) and picture is completely out of sync. How can I rectify this? Do we need an engineer?

Can I just confirm whether this happens if you plug your TiVo® box directly into the television, also is this happening on certain channels such as HD?
