Having recently purchased and installed a Sound Base (Cambridge Audio TV (V2)), I've noticed an audio visual sync (lip sync) issue when using the Virgin Media TiVo box.
It appears to worse of certain channels, strangely.
No issue when using the Blu ray player or the Amazon Fire Stick, it is just an issue with the TiVo box.
Currently I have the TiVo, Blu ray etc attached to the TV via HDMI, and the TV connected to the sound base via an optical cable.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you noticing any issues with the TiVo® plugged directly into the television without using the sound base? Also I have added a link here regarding sound issues so please let me know if you were able to resolve this.

You've got to set the sound to PCM mode in the audio settings of the Tivo.
They all do this and there's no apparent fix.
