add a multiple scart splitter block...

something like the link below, you can probably get one cheaper (the 3 way below is cheaper than a 2 way on amazon) if you sniff around

scart to RCA phono adapter - check ebay, you can usually pick one up for a few quid - make sure you get a switchable unit so you don't have to deal with the in & out variants.

plug scart into your TiVO and follow the 1) Setting up the transmitter - unimatch plug cord instructions in the link below, your unimatch cable will plug into the scart adapter.

There is only one scart socket, it links TiVo to the tv, not got HD tv

Just an idea but would an alternative to sjp123's solution be to plug the transmitter into the audio out on the TV?

 

Forgive me if this is something that wouldn't work or has already been tried.
