I think you'll find the slow Tivo has been caused by the recent update. Mine has been slow for weeks now and had a engineer out today to have a look at it. Tbh there's not much they can do as this point until they find out what in the latest update has caused the issue. Basically he turned off several functions which are selling points of the box like suggestions (use the thumbs up and thumbs down etc, Tivo records programs based on what you like...blah blah blah). It doesn't do VM any cred considering this is a national issue, plus with a increase in fees coming soon I think a lot will jump ship!
