Can anybody tell me why it has taken over 4 minutes to download this page never mind about the constant buffering every 2 minutes on a a download?
Can Virgin Media tell me what i am paying £26.50 a month for because I don't!
Please get your act together and reply to me or I will cancel all payments to you and Process a Statutory Demand in the High Court for the return of my money and to declare Virgin Media Bankrupt (check with your Legal Beagles please this is not a threat)
i expect an answer within 24 hours, about the time it takes me to download a 1 hour programme on Virgin Media.
Standard drill for someone threatening VM is to say they will refer them to OFCOM (who dont take individual complaints) not make fictitious legal claims...
