Slow speed now green screen

Been having issues for the last few months with Tivo being extremely slow and sluggish and now just had the green screen error. Luckily at has managed to restart itself this time but I'm guessing this is the beginning of the end for the box. Is there a way to get a replacement before it dies completely.
