We've just had our VM set up and I've noticed that the Tivo box is quite sluggish for example when going between menus, slow responsiveness of pressing play and pause and particularly netflix is very slow and sluggish (compared to other devices I use it on).
Is this normal or could there be something wrong the box that I've received?
Welcome to the Virgin Media Community, I'm really sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing with your new TiVo box.
I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at the set top box from our end, we're not seeing any problems being detecting from our end at the moment. If you're able to reboot the set top box after reading this message, then keep an eye on it for 24 hours and let me know if there are any changes that would be great
