Slow response on recorded playback

Since I got a new box whenever I try to play back recordings it takes ages to actually start the playback. Truly getting sick of the level of complaints I'm having to make for all branches of the Virgin service.

I am sorry that there's been some problems on the playback on the TV services. I have been into the account and everything is looking really well currently. I would like to help and know if this is happening on mulitple recordings from different channels?

 

Also are you seeing any slowness in the OD side of the TV services?

Apparently it's caused by your high utilisation errors
