Slow Tivo

The TiVo service is getting to the point it is almost unusable due to how slow the service is.

Same here. Awful, I'm thinking of ditching virgin it's that bad if they don't fix it.

I am so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately.

I want to know what compensation I can get. The bright and wonderful service that I was promised by Virgin Media has not been delivered. Instead im left with a poor service...a customer service team that quite frankly do not care.  Virgin Media are great at luring people in, taking their cash and then not giving a **** when problems arise!!!
