I am so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately.

I want to know what compensation I can get. The bright and wonderful service that I was promised by Virgin Media has not been delivered. Instead im left with a poor service...a customer service team that quite frankly do not care. Virgin Media are great at luring people in, taking their cash and then not giving a **** when problems arise!!!
