Can you please tell me why I am paying for your top package yet have a TiVo box that operates in slow motion? I have tried all of your tips and tricks but they are useless!
The least you can do is reduce the price until you sort out the problem.
My daughter recently moved house and asked me Virgin or Sky. I showed her how slow my Virgin box is and she has now got a Sky Q set up. If the rumoured new Virgin box is as slow as the current one, I shall be joining her.
