I notice that VM posted 2 weeks ago about the TiVo box being very slow, yet when I spoke to customer services a few weeks ago highlighting this issue they told me nothing was wrong and if I wanted to speed it up I should press the up and down button... very odd, unsurprisingly that didn't work!!
I am waiting minimum 10 seconds at a time switching between screens, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am about to check the 'Trending' section for updates again and if I find one that states this issue as 'resolved' I think I'm going to move to Sky. TiVo/ VM don't seem to be providing a very good service anymore.
