Slow TiVo box on demand and catch up not working

Box slow to connect sometimes 5 minutes message on menu is network availability (C133) on demand and catch up not working

Feel your pain... same here..... box needs updated!!! I don't have the time everyday to phone up to report.

Thanks for your posts and apologies to hear you're having issues with your TiVo® speed and Catch Up content. 

 

Since posting how have things been? 


We've finished rolling out the new Software update now so rebooting the TiVo® should help with the speed.

What is this "new Software update" referred to above, what is the version number? When was it released as I have not received it?

Does it fix the problems in RC24?

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).
