Slow TiVo and buffering on broadband

Why since the update on my TV with added channels is now TiVo and broad band so slow ?

hiya @JParker56 if its not something they know about nope, adding channels shouldn't have any effect on speed, i would be doing a check on signal levels if you could goto http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] and if you could copy/paste the downstream,upstream,network log don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.
also worth checking for regional faults via -> https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

can anybody tell me if I have to report this slow TiVo and broadband to virgin or will it eventually sort itself out 😊
