Sllloooowwww tivo

I joined VM from Sky cos of price but didn't expect the TiVo box to be sooooooo slow I'm totally racked off and then find out it's an ongoing problem with loads of others too When will VM do something about before we move back to Sky seeing VM know the problem roll on contract renewal time I might be walking !!!!!
