Sky On Demand not working ?

Trying to watch a Sky One programme via catch up which now takes me to Sky On Demand. I find the programme, it says I can watch it within my package but then - every time - it says On Demand is not working, ring 150 etc.

Is there a problem as this has been going on for a few days now ?

Easiest thing to do is check online at the VM website to see if the problem is just affecting your area. 

If not then try turning TiVo off then on. 

If that doesn't work dial 150 from a virgin phone to get an engineer.
