Single flash of all lights -box won't boot or start

My box hasn't let me watch tv for a while. I haven't been bothered but thought I'd get it working as my partner has started to want to watch some tv shows regularly.

It's been plugged in the whole time but doesn't respond to anything. Sometimes all of the lights on the front of the unit flash at the same time.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Has it been unplugged while you havent been using it?

I don't believe so. There's a possibility my son he accidentally unplugged it and plugged it back in without me knowing

Kay, wait for staff to run some diagnostics their end, you may need it reactivated

Just something to check. is there a green light on the power brick for the TiVo as it sounds more like a PSU issue. I had one fail on me some time ago when I had TiVo boxes.

Yes I can see there are some problems with the box so I'll need to arrange for a technician to get this fixed.
