Sorry, thought it would have been picked up by now, Ill let staff know.
Just something to check. is there a green light on the power brick for the TiVo as it sounds more like a PSU issue. I had one fail on me some time ago when I had TiVo boxes.

Yes I can see there are some problems with the box so I'll need to arrange for a technician to get this fixed.
