Signal keeps going.

Hi I had a new box installed yesterday because had a fault on my really old one. Since this one was installed I have lost the signal three times, when I ring Virgin they advise me to restart my box. It's getting monotonous! All the connections seem ok. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

You have a signal issue no amount of restarting will help. I'm afraid you'll need to phone again and book an engineer. 150 is free from a virgin phone or 03454541111
