Thanks for posting and I'm sorry you're having some trouble with Sky 1 and 5 HD.
I've managed to locate your details but it's looks as though the box is turned off at the moment. Are you still having this trouble? If you are could you power the box back on for us and let us know so we can retest this for you.
Thanks for the update and switching the TiVo box back on for me. I've managed to run some checks and nothing is standing out in the test results I've had back. I think it's best we arrange for one of our engineers to come around and check this for you. I will send you a private message shortly (purple envelope top right) to discuss this with you.
