Set up checklist

I have set up my TiVo box and called to activate but since 4pm (it's now 10pm) I have been stuck on the "Configuring IP Connections" and I'm not sure my internet is actually working so maybe it's a signal problem? I did call to activate this as instructed and followed the set up instructions to the letter but when I tried to call at 5pm lines were closed - anybody have any ideas on what I can do as very upset and frustrated Smiley Sad

Thank you, we got through to someone yesterday and they confirmed have done it all correctly but there's a problem with the signal so an engineer will be out to us Tuesday morning hopefully
