Service

I'm currently paying in excess of £140 per month for a virgin package. I now have a TiVo box that is stuck at 25% whilst loading, and the first appointment available for an engineer is 6 March. As my contract is now over the 18 month fixed period, why should I stay with virgin?

Being out of contract, you're in a strong position to negotiate a reduce price and a replacement V6 for your TiVo.
