Service status

Virgin media said the service in my area (Rumney Cardiff) would be back up and running at 16-00. Just checked and it's now 23-35 with no explanation why. I think it's time to go back to sky as there service is not improving at all..

The fix times given are estimated & usually based on the network alarm system telling VM what & where a fault is. Once the network engineers get on the ground & assess the problem that estimate can easily change.

Its planned work. They told us they were doing the work a couple of weeks ago and they said it would be done by 4. I can't see how they can be 7 hrs out on the estimate.

I've checked the account and I can see the open network issue is still on-going (Ref.F004844472). The technicians are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
