Virgin media said the service in my area (Rumney Cardiff) would be back up and running at 16-00. Just checked and it's now 23-35 with no explanation why. I think it's time to go back to sky as there service is not improving at all..
The fix times given are estimated & usually based on the network alarm system telling VM what & where a fault is. Once the network engineers get on the ground & assess the problem that estimate can easily change.
