My service status keeps giving me misinformation - Friday it showed as no problems but there was a problem with On Demand/Catch Up, certain programmes. Later on Friday it changed to known problem, engineer on way, fix date 11/12/16. I have just checked my service status, again it is showing no problems but I do have a problem!! I can not watch the programmes from On Demand that I wish to view! I am still seeing 319 code! When are VM going to get to grips with this problem??
Yes it was on there as an issue early on Friday but then has been removed again but yes lots of us still getting plenty of 319 all over the place. In a way I accept they are trying to fix it but keep it as a fault then otherwise they look like they are trying to cover it up.
