Series links are not always set up on guide. I have sent an email but it is being ignored

Series links are not always set up on guide. I have sent an email to tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk but no action has been taken. The missing link is on Sky Living Tue 8 December at 9pm programme Blindspot. Why are my emails being ignored?

TiVo Guide Errors do look at V+ errors as well so it went to the right place, they don't respond BUT do get them sorted, I also reported Blindspot. It's half fixed in that it now displays the correct episode title this coming week. But still no series link. I imagine they are working on this as well. It goes out on Tuesday so should be up by then, I recall last week was late as well but there in time for broadcast

Blindspot works fine for me, what issues are you having?

I'm using V+ box. Blindspot has no series link

Should have posted this in the other forum (Virgin TV - "For all other Virgin TV kit and services").

TiVo and the V+ EPG's are provided by different people and the guide errors e-mail address is only for TiVo problems. Other than posting in the  correct forum so a moderator can handle the request I don't think there is an easy way to contact those who handle the V+ EPG (is it Red Bee?).

Thanks G4DDS. How can I get a moderator to help with finding an email address for who is responsible for V+ EPG errors

Perhaps they should drop the TiVo part from the mail address to prevent confusion.
