Series Links on Watch

I don't seem to be able to set up Series links on Watch.

 

Today I have tried to do a series link for Secrets and Lies on Watch 09/09/15. When I choose 'get series link' the icon does not appear on the guide next to the name. It doesn't show up in the planned recording list either!

 

If you hit the record button again on the programme, the third option is 'change series link & other options' so it looks like it has accepted the series link.

 

Any ideas?

For some reason it's not flagged as new so to get a series link you have to opt for new and reruns

I was going to have another suggestion for what might have been causing this (i.e. a clash on the selected showing which TiVo had rescheduled), but..

 

It's worthwhile remembering tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk for reporting any EPG or guide errors. You won't necessarily get a response, but they'll fix any genuine issues in a day or so.

It all seems OK when I tried this today

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you were having setting up a series link for Secrets and Lies. 

 

As the episodes are not marked correctly, it's worth popping an email over to tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk

 

They will be able to get that sorted to allow you to set up the series link on New Only.
