Seen this already but Tivo box stuck on Starting up...

I think this must be a general fault with ALL Tivo boxes from what I have read on the community threads, we recently changed TV and unplugged the Tivo box for no more than 5 minutes...we then plugged it back in and have a flashing red light and solid blue.

carried out the usual checks such as unplugging all cables and powering down, done the standard test through my account which came back as inconclusive and it suggested I call for additional support, however...our phone line probably hasn't been activated yet as it doesn't seem to work either!
