Second Tivo box doesn't have all the same channels

I recently got a second Tivo box and at the same time upgraded from TV package M to L. The new Tivo box has the L TV package, but my old Tivo still has the M TV package.

Is that meant to happen? Because I can't understand why I'd be paying for a bigger TV package that I can't even access on both TVs, plus no one actually mentioned this to me to be the case when I upgraded, otherwise I wouldn't have opted for it...

Nope, not meant to happen at all!

First thing to try is :

Home -> Help & Settings -> Settings -> Network -> Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.

Then use the same menu to reboot the box: Home -> Help & Settings -> Clear or Reset Set Top Box -> Restart the TiVo box


TV: XL+SkySports V6
BB: 200Mbps SuperHub: Arris
Loc: ME10

Then it's a call to CS - they should be able to remotely prod the box into behaving Smiley Happy

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to learn that the channels had not come through to the box.

 

I have located your account and sent some signals down to the box but everything is looking okay now so please let me know if you're still experiencing missing channels.

Yes it's all working ok now - thank you! Saved me having to call up and I'm not a fan of that.
