Search, On Demand and Apps Not Working.

Search is not working, keeps saying it's temporairly unavailable. Can't gain access to apps either.

On Demand is giving me an A01 error. "App temporarily unavailable".

Can't even access options to change a series link.

Anyone know what is happening here?

A01 error message too, rang 150 from landline to get checks done and came back normal, please advise.

Clearly getting errors is not normal. What advice did they give you after the checks and did they offer a call out?

Update from Virgin Service Status:

You may find you are unable to access your TiVo apps receiving Error A01 or the spinning loading circle
Our engineer is working to fix the problem.

Update:

You may be receiving Error A01 or spinning loading circle when accessing Apps/Games, Network Availability C133 error on home, Planned Recordings and Series Link programmes and some areas of TV Anywhere functionality

Major national Tivo fault. Cannot even access My Shows or Planned Recordings. People saying enough is enough on the others forum. Not surprised really.

I wonder if they are busy rewriting the manuals again, deleting references to features that no longer work. Like the Dolby Digital fiasco.
