Same error 7400 on screen

Please check my tivo. Don't using few weeks and now purple message on screen with error 7400

I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box, we're seeing some issues with it from our end at the moment and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
