SLOW USELESS TIVO

I've not put owt on the community for a few weeks now as Mr Virgin ain't bother my TiVo is absolutely useless too slow the product is just not upto it all this 'a fix is coming' does not fill me with confidence !!!! Just seen Sky Black Friday advert and wish my contract was up cos I'd be saying bibi to Virgin !!! Virgin have got new box coming out and are asking us to register interest I'm interested but I will not pay anymore seeing Sky have got the Q box deals going on !!!! **bleep** ON VIRGIN LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!!

I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TiVo service lately.

 

We're working hard to roll out an update to improve the speed of the TiVo service, you can find out more about this on [this thread].
