Running very slow

Hi,

I've had the TV service a couple of months and it crashed the other day so I had to turn off and on with the power button. Since then it doesn't seem to be able to load a lot of things. The normal TV, guide and recording is fine but for example:

- Apps list won't open at all, it runs the loading wheel briefly and then just does nothing
- Search doesn't work, if I put anything it pauses and then says not available
- I can't record anything from the phone app, it says box not responding
- When I go to search & discover, it says unexpected problem (c501)

It seems like it's struggling to connect to the internet, but it's plugged into the Ethernet and the wifi on my phone is fine. I can't work out how to check the network status.

I have restarted it but that didn't help. I haven't done a full reset as I don't want to lose my recordings.

OK I found this as a known issue in the service status.
