I have received my replacement TiVo box for the old V+ box and a replacement broadband hub, how do I return the old equipment to Virgin?
They should've included a bag/or label. There'll be somewhere on the website for you to print it out would be my guess. If not you'll need to phone to get a label.
Thanks for this. There was no bag or label in either the TiVo box or the hub box, typical!! I will have a look on heir web site, though not the easiest to use, so I might just give them a call.
