Returning faulty TiVo

Had a new TiVo box sent to me in a quick start kit which works great but now to return the old one. Got it boxed up then realised VM haven't sent me a collect+ label to return it?

Phoned them up to activate and ask about the missing label, the guy told me to have a good look in the box and it will be there. Well it isn't - I've had a good look including emptying everything out. Can a replacement be sent please so I can return the box? I'm loathed to pay for postage when it should be free. Thanks.
