Returning equipment

Hi I need to return my equipment but have not received anything to pack it in please can you help as I am house bound and unable to get out

Welcome to the Community, I'd recommend giving our team a call to talk about this as the answer to your question depends on what type of V+ box you've gotMan Happy

 

Normally we send out a returns pack, so if you've not received that and you've passed your cancellation date then you might not need to worry. You can find out more information  about the returns [here].

 

For the Super Hub, we ask that you dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way, if possible.
