Having just ended a 3 month Home Builders free trial of the Big Kahuna package we have decided to scale down and change our package without the TV service as I wasn't a great fan of the TIVO box. Can someone advise how I can arrange to return the box as I was suppose to receive returns instructions but as its been almost 3 weeks since changing the package I'm still unsure of what to do with the box.
