Returning TIVO Box

I wonder if anyone on here could help me with this.

Back in November last year our TIVO box packed up and we were sent a new one.  There was a leaflet in the box saying we had to return the old TIVO box, but no details of how or where to send it.

I have phoned VM about 4 or 5 times now to ask for help with this as I am aware that at some point we will be charged for having 2 TIVO boxes, even though one doesn't work.  Each time I am told that a jiffy bag will be sent to me and I will have to take the box to my local Collect+ branch and send it back, but I am still waiting and getting fed up of the box just sitting cluttering up my hall Smiley Sad

I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing in trying to return your TiVo box.

 

I've requested that a returns package is sent to you, it can take a mazimum of five working days to arrive, although could be there a lot sooner.

 

We're looking forward to hearing from you

Well for whatever reason we still have the TIVO box sitting here, think VM must keep sending the jiffy bag somewhere else as it's never come here!
