I wonder if anyone on here could help me with this.
Back in November last year our TIVO box packed up and we were sent a new one. There was a leaflet in the box saying we had to return the old TIVO box, but no details of how or where to send it.
I have phoned VM about 4 or 5 times now to ask for help with this as I am aware that at some point we will be charged for having 2 TIVO boxes, even though one doesn't work. Each time I am told that a jiffy bag will be sent to me and I will have to take the box to my local Collect+ branch and send it back, but I am still waiting and getting fed up of the box just sitting cluttering up my hall
