Returning Eqyipment

I have left Virgin due to moving and no cable. I have made 3 request for pack to return equipment and nothing has arrived.  What can I do?

Thanks for posting!

 

Sorry to hear you haven't received the postal return gear. Have you moved yet? If so, can you tell me the new address so I can get it sent out to you? I'll send you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can grab those details from you.
 
Also, we've recently changed our returns policy so you'll only need to send back the  TiVo® box. All of the other equipment can be taken to your Local Recycling Centre.
