Return faulty TiVo?

I have just installed my new TiVo, what a faff!!  But there's no returns label in the box.  How am I supposed to return the useless TiVo when they haven't included a returns label?

Hi Josh.  Yes it arrived on Saturday, thanks.  I can't believe they sent another box when I already had the one the new TiVo came in, all I needed was a label.  What a waste of resources.  And guess what?  The new TiVo is faulty, so that will be going back too!  These TiVo boxes really are appallingly un-reliable.
