Resolved: TiVo Apps and TV Anywhere

Some customers may be receiving Error A01, C133 or a spinning loading circle when accessing Apps, Games and on demand services, and limited access to Planned Recordings and Series Link programmes using TiVo or TV Anywhere.

We are working to get these services restored as quickly as possible, and are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please subscribe to this thread for further updates when we have them.

We are still waiting on an update for this issue as soon as we have any more information we will update this thread.

 

Update: 

We are still working on a fix but are seeing some success with rebooting the set top boxes,  turning the box off at the mains for 30 seconds and then starting it back up. Please note that the fault is still ongoing so this is not a guaranteed fix but this should help in the short term, we will keep you updated with any new developments.

We believe this issue has been resolved.

If you are still experiencing issues, please reset your TiVo box by unplugging it from the mains, waiting thirty seconds, and plugging it in again.
