Resolution not supported

My TiVo box has somehow changed resolution and now the TV won't support it, says it's now on 1080i but I can't access any menus as my TV just says resolution not supported please change

Try unplugging both (TV and TiVo) from the mains for at least one minute each - at the same time. Then see if it still occurs.

It worked for all of about 5 seconds then screen goes black then the message appears again

Do you have another tv you can try it on?

Hi go back into video output make sure you are on full screen in aspect correction mode, then in video output format 1080i, click right & select keep automatic settings that hopefully will sort out the tivo, then just check the TV is set correctly I hope this works for you. Regards Micky

No I don't have another tv to try it on, I've only been with virgin week and it was fine.so I've not changed any settings overnight and don't get why it would do that

When I check your TiVo® box I can see there are some signal issues so I would like to send a technician out to visit your property.
