I was wondering how I could get a free replacement on my Tivo remote, this is our first remote and it's just stopped working, and new battery's don't work as well, i'v tried calling but the options on the phone are confusing and none of them can lead me onto getting a new one.
Ring 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. Option 1 (Broadband/TV/Phone matter) -> Confirm any details when prompted/asked -> Once in the menu go with the Faults option. Report a TV fault. Yes the remote is part of your TV services, so it is covered by that option. If you're prompted to let a test of your STB happen, let it do the automated test, after which you'll be in queue to speak to an agent.
